Egret Platinum confers SkyTeam Elite Plus — the lowest tier in this programme with alliance-wide lounge access. Alliance mapping last verified 6 August 2026. Conditions beyond the threshold: Spend-based Qualifying Points (roughly 1 QP per ¥1,000 of fare and carrier charges — earning rate provisional).; Status runs to 31 December of the following year; surplus Qualifying Points carry over.. Spend-based Qualifying Points since 25 Jul 2026: own-metal flights earn (base fare + fuel surcharge) ÷ ¥1,000 + 1 per flight — except on a connecting XiamenAir-Group through-ticket, where each segment earns a flat 0.5 QP with the fare prorated by distance. SkyTeam partner flights earn a flat 0.5 QP per segment; Qatar Airways flights earn no QP at all. SkyTeam mapping: Egret Silver and Egret Gold confer Elite; Egret Platinum and Egret Diamond confer Elite Plus. Partner-flown Qualifying Points are capped at 40 a calendar year, which puts Elite Plus (70 QP) out of reach on partner flying alone (reported from a 31 August 2026 research read of XiamenAir's earning pages; re-verify at next capture). Status runs to 31 December of the following year, and surplus Qualifying Points carry over to the next calendar year.
Reaching this status
Egret Miles publishes conditions that sit alongside the points threshold, so reaching the number on its own does not confer the tier. They are shown here and never scored — the Lark Score measures points earned and nothing else. Where the published wording says more than the summary line, the wording governs.
Partner earning is capped
- 40 points is the most that counts in a calendar year from Qualifying Points from flights other than XiamenAir Group own metal: codeshare flights, SkyTeam partner flights and China Southern flights, pooled. Two sub-caps sit inside the 40: a maximum of 10 QP a year from ecosystem spend, and a maximum of 10 QP a year converted from Egret miles. Partner flights earn a flat 0.5 QP per segment, so the cap is reached at 80 partner sectors and Platinum (70 QP) cannot be attained on partner flying alone. XiamenAir does not publish whether non-731 ticket stock on XiamenAir Group metal (Hebei NS, Jiangxi RY) counts against the cap, and this row does not resolve it.
This is an annual limit across everything that counts toward it, so a single-trip calculation cannot tell how much of it you have already used. We show the cap rather than apply it. It is shared with non-flight partners as well as flying.
Reported in August 2026 from XiamenAir's partner earning page and relayed to us second-hand rather than read here, so treat the figure as indicative until we have verified it at source.
