Status Lark is an independent web-based calculator that helps frequent flyers estimate Tier Points and equivalent status currency earnings across Oneworld Alliance member airlines. The service is operated by [STATUS LARK ENTITY], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us", or "our").

Status Lark is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with, or sponsored by Oneworld Alliance GmBH, British Airways, or any other airline or loyalty programme referenced on this site.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Status Lark you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The current version is always published at status-lark.com/terms.

3. Nature of the service — accuracy and limitations

Status Lark is provided as an informational tool only. Outputs are estimates based on publicly available earning rules and open-source great-circle distance models. They are a guide, not a guarantee.

• Earning rules, tier thresholds, and bonus structures change without notice at the discretion of each airline.
• Distance calculations use Haversine models and IATA TPM overrides where available. Minor discrepancies with official airline records may occur.
• The service is currently in Beta. Some calculations may be incomplete or incorrect. We actively improve accuracy but make no warranties as to the completeness of the data.
• We cover Oneworld Alliance programmes only. SkyTeam and Star Alliance support is in development.

Always verify your expected earnings with the relevant airline or loyalty programme before booking, especially where status qualification is time-sensitive.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Status Lark and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• missed tier qualifications or status renewals;
• lost, expired, or incorrectly credited loyalty points or miles;
• flight costs, accommodation costs, or travel expenses of any kind;
• any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss

arising from your use of, or reliance on, outputs from this service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding on Status Lark (excluding third-party content) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Airline names, programme names, and alliance names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this site is purely referential and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service at scale without our written consent;
• introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the service.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
