Granted only once, never renewed; status is retained for the balance of that calendar year and the next. 2026 grant quota (ALLxQATAR T&Cs section 8.5): 6,600 ALL Silver / 3,100 ALL Gold fast-tracks; once exhausted, no further grants that year.
