Elite miles count from Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance partner flights (plus certain SQ-marketed Virgin Australia codeshares); other partners earn award miles only. Singapore Airlines publishes no per-partner Elite-mile rate table, but it does publish the mechanism — Elite miles are derived from the actual miles flown plus any applicable booking-class bonuses — so Star Alliance partner flights are modelled as distance × the operating carrier's booking-class percentage from the official KrisFlyer accrual chart (updated 2 July 2026); tier and promotional bonuses are excluded, as published, so your own status never changes these figures. Air Canada and TAP show an unknown rate (KrisFlyer accrues on the fare option purchased rather than the booking class); several Air New Zealand classes are route-limited and likewise unknown; Asiana's D/J/W/Z earn nothing on Korean domestic sectors; ANA flights between Australia and Doha earn nothing. The chart used is the /content/dam/…/charts/KFOALLevels.pdf copy as read on 2 July 2026; that same path now serves a revision footered 'Updated as at 24 Aug 2026' whose Air India rows differ materially and which adds footnotes 9–13 (a re-read is queued), while KrisFlyer's own earning FAQ still links a 22 Oct 2024 copy at a different path that names a departed partner (Alaska, removed from the current chart) — check the footer date before comparing any cell. TAP is confirmed fare-brand-keyed from 5 December 2025 by the current chart's own footnote ('regardless of the booking class'), which is why TAP stays an unknown rate here. Ground spend (Kris+, KrisShop, Pelago at 1 Elite mile per SGD 1) and Scoot flights also earn Elite miles but are outside this calculator — and ground spend is capped at 5,000 Elite miles toward Elite Silver and 10,000 toward Elite Gold. A separate route to Star Alliance Gold exists in a DIFFERENT currency: PPS Club qualifies on 25,000 PPS Value, earned only in Suites, First and Business on Singapore Airlines metal, with no partner flying and at most 2,500 from Kris+, KrisShop and Pelago. The 25,000 collision with Elite Silver's Elite-mile threshold is a coincidence of numbers, not a shared bar. Elite miles reset at the end of your individual membership year. The accrual chart was re-read at its 24 Aug 2026 revision and diffed row-level against the encode (31 Aug 2026): twenty of twenty-two Star carriers identical cell for cell; Air India's four missing classes added; ITA Airways' chart row encoded, dated from ITA's 1 April 2026 Star entry. Two reconciliations worth stating: Singapore's own class G stays a ZERO here although the chart prints 50% — the chart is the award-accrual chart, and the T&Cs' categorical no-Elite-miles-for-G sentence governs it; and the Garuda, Malaysia Airlines and SAS rates on the same chart never reach Elite miles because none of the three is a Star Alliance member — the award chart pays them, the Elite scope does not. Air New Zealand's footnote-scoped letters (V/W/T excluded on domestic, Australia and Pacific Island flights; L/S/G/K Singapore–Auckland only) are left unencoded rather than encoded unscoped, and Virgin Australia's chart row sits inside the narrow codeshare carve-out with an Australia–Qatar exclusion no schema key can express — all disclosed here instead.
